At All Inclusive Care, we believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected and truly at home. We're a family-owned, registered NDIS provider (4050084761) based in Fletcher, supporting people across the Hunter and Lake Macquarie region with care that sees the whole person, not just a plan.
What makes us different? We take the time to know you. Your story, your goals, the little things that make a good day. Our experienced and compassionate team specialises in high-intensity NDIS supports, delivering all eight NDIS high intensity categories in the comfort of your own home, from complex bowel care and enteral (PEG) feeding to tracheostomy, ventilator and complex wound support. We also provide daily personal care, community nursing, support with everyday living, and help getting out and about in your community.
Looking for a place to call home? We have our own SIL house, and as the SIL provider of choice for Lead The Way SDA Services, we can support you in a Specialist Disability Accommodation home they purchase or build around your needs, across every SDA design category.
Whether you need a few hours of support each week or around-the-clock care, you'll receive the same thing: skilled, reliable support delivered with genuine warmth. With us, you're never a number on a roster. You're family.

All Inclusive Care currently has Supported Independent Living vacancies in a quiet cul-de-sac in Fletcher, close to local shops, cafes and community amenities.
This spacious home features two generous living areas, giving residents room to enjoy shared company or quiet time alone. It's a home designed around comfort, choice and privacy, because living well means both.
Support is delivered by our experienced, dedicated team, who specialise in high-intensity support needs and provide safe, person-centred care tailored to each person we support. As a family business, we take the time to know every resident - their story, their goals and what makes a good day.
